LEVEL 1 Course
The freediving Level 1 is about the fundamentals of freediving. Unlike scuba diving where you learn how to use your equipment in freediving we learn how to use our body. The course has 2 theory sessions and 2 open water sessions. New courses start every day from Tuesday to Saturday

In freediving level 2 we want to go deeper, further and stay longer underwater. In level 1 we learned the basics now we will fine tune our skills and add new ones to help us handle the bigger and deeper dives.
We are going to relax more, become more efficient and become more intimate with the secrets of freediving.

INSTRUCTOR Qualification Course
Freediving instructors are the leaders of the sport of freediving and therefore must be highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional in their activities. We strive to lead other freediving agencies in terms of quality and standards especially in relation to instructors who represent us.
During this Instructor Qualification Course (IQC) you will learn how to conduct yourself as a freediving professional and provide your students with high quality freediving courses.
