Information
Freediving Society Pool Championship will be held 3 days on dates as follows:

Venue : North Aquatic Centre, Kelapa Gading
Day 1 STA & DNF
STA time: 08:00 - 11:30
DYN/DNF/DYNB: 13:30 - 17:30
Day 2 DYNB
time: 10:00 - 15:00
Day 3 DYN
time: 10:00 - 15:00
The overall winners will be the ones with the best performance in all four pool disciplines (STA, DYN, DYNb, DNF) added together.

REFUND POLICY
The competition fee can be refunded 50% up until 4 weeks before the competition
WHO CAN JOIN?
Freedivers all level are welcome to compete, The only prerequisites are:

minimum are is 18 years or 16 with parental consent

all athletes should hold some freediving certification. exception can be made on a case to case basis. contact the organizers if you do not have a certification.

Athletes need to be a member of an AIDA national according to their passport. if no exist in their country, any AIDA national will do
-
Athletes need document, signed by a doctor, saying that they're fit to freedive. ideally this should be the AIDA Medical statement. if you have experience black out or barotrauma since it was signed, you will need a new statement

you need to be registered as an athlete on AIDA website.
NUMBER OF SLOT AVAILABLE
We will limit the athletes up to 50. Sign up early to secure your spot.
COMPETITION MEETING
The day before the event starts we will have a competition meeting at 1pm at North Aquatic Centre. Online meeting will be available too.
WHAT TO BRING AND PREPARE FOR THE COMPETITION MEETING

any outstanding balance of payment

announcement for the first day

pen for signing papers and announcing

a medical statement, which must be signed by physician and says "fit for Freediving" and is not older than 1 year. if you have experience black out or barotrauma since it was signed, you will need a new statement.

After completing the registration of all athletes we will give a review of the competition rules and also publish the start list for the first day.
PROGRAM
The event will have three competition days, as follows

Day 0 : competition meeting

Day 1: Static and DNF

Day 2: DYNB

Day 3: DYN, Awarding & closing party
DIVING ORDER
Start will be organized according to announced distance and time: shortest to the longest.
WINNER OF EVENT
The athletes with the most point in 4 different disciplines will be announced the winner of the event.
AWARDS FOR THE EVENT
to be announced at the competition briefing.
POOL CONDITION
The pool is 25m long with 1,2 meters depth to 2m. Start of Static and DYN will be at 1,2m.
if someone requires shallower depth, please let us know when checking in so we can provide an additional equpment box to stand on.
